Telematics

Hey everyone,

I got a Kylaq this year, and it has Telematics feature. But when I try to connect it to the app, it tells me to go to the workshop to activate it. I checked with the workshop, and they said I have to pay extra to get it activated. Any ideas on how to get it working?
