EPC light came on during a highway drive, what I did

Was doing 100 on the expressway in my Slavia when the EPC light popped up along with reduced power. Limped to the next exit. Turned out to be a loose connector on the throttle body. Cleared with an OBD reader and it hasn't come back in 3000 km since.

If your EPC light comes on: check throttle body wiring first, then accelerator pedal sensor, then the actual throttle body unit itself. Don't panic, the car goes into limp mode to protect the engine, it is not usually the end of the world.
